This prop was a lot of fun, what was cool and new to me was approaching the pedestal asset with a trimsheet workflow with height displacement.
The base mesh was a simple model UV'd to the trimsheet I had created in Substance Designer.
After applying displacement I took it into zbrush for a quick damage pass to make the edges less perfect,
then I decimated the mesh protecting the uv borders to get a reasonably low poly to use as Nanite mesh inside of Unreal.
